Scheduled medical device distribution for a global manufacturer

Medical devices · Scheduled distribution · Multi-year

Service: Medical device transport

Situation

A global medical device manufacturer needed daily distribution of equipment and consumables from its Singapore distribution point to hospitals, specialist clinics and distribution centres across the island. The equipment is high-value, the receiving sites have strict access and handover procedures, and performance is measured against defined service KPIs. The manufacturer wanted a transport provider it could assess once and hold accountable directly — not a chain of subcontractors.

What we run

  • Daily scheduled routes on fixed windows, sequenced around each site’s receiving hours.
  • Dedicated employed drivers who run the same route continuously and know each site’s procedures.
  • Tailgate lorries for palletised and wheeled equipment; vans for smaller multi-drop movements.
  • Returns and collections on the same route: units for service, consignment stock, packaging.
  • Handover recorded at every stop in our transport management system, with proof of delivery per site.
  • Urgent same-day movements on our response tiers when a unit is needed on site today.

Results

  • Service KPIs met throughout the engagement, across successive contract renewals.
  • Multi-year relationship, renewed on performance.
  • The routes remain live today.

Scheduled deliveries for a Singapore bicycle distributor

Consumer goods distribution · Scheduled B2B delivery

Service: Scheduled & milk-run distribution

A Singapore bicycle distributor needed regular, reliable deliveries from its central site to retail partners across the island. Bicycles and parts are bulky, awkward to handle and easy to damage, and retail sites have narrow receiving windows.

We run scheduled deliveries to the distributor’s retail partners on a fixed pattern, using box lorries with tailgates so stock reaches the shop floor at ground level without a dock. The same driver runs the route, knows each shop’s receiving hours and hands over to named staff. The distributor books nothing week to week; the route simply runs, and one consolidated invoice arrives each month.
