Services
Three ways we move business across Singapore
Scheduled & milk-run distribution
Fixed routes on fixed windows — AM and PM milk runs, office-hours and after-hours schedules, run daily by drivers who learn your sites.
Four schedule types
Drawn in relative order across a working day. Windows are agreed per route, in writing.
For
B2B sites with recurring movements between fixed points. The same driver runs the route, and each stop keeps a delivery window agreed in writing.
Ad-hoc & same-day transport
Urgent 60-, 90- and 120-minute response tiers for the shipment that cannot wait, booked directly with our operations team.
Ad-hoc response tiers
Minutes from confirmation to a driver at your collection point.
For
A line down for a part, a deadline moved, a unit needed on site today. Operations selects the van or the 24-ft lorry at booking; account customers hold contracted ad-hoc rates.
Medical device transport
High-value medical equipment moved daily for a global medical device manufacturer, to the standard the industry expects.
For
Hospitals, clinics and distribution centres on daily scheduled routes. Tailgate lorries for wheeled medical equipment, vans for smaller multi-drop movements.
Operations
Proof of delivery, at the dock
Handover at the dock, signed for on the spot. Proof of delivery is captured in our transport management system before the driver leaves.
Pallets in, pallets out. Our drivers work loading docks every day with pallet jacks and tailgates — no waiting for a third party to unload.
Recorded per stop
- Time
- Items
- Signature
- Exception
Arrival time, items handed over, signature and any exception noted at the point of delivery.

Medical
Trusted daily with medical equipment for a global medical device manufacturer.
When transport is subcontracted three layers deep, nobody owns your delivery. We are the fleet, the drivers and the accountability.
The routes are measured against defined service KPIs and we have met them throughout, across successive contract renewals.
A typical medical route
- Collection
- From the supplier’s Singapore distribution point, at a fixed time each working day.
- Sequenced delivery
- To hospitals, specialist clinics and distribution centres, in an order agreed with the customer and the receiving sites.
- Handover
- At the dock or receiving area to named staff, with signature and any site-specific documentation.
- Returns and collections
- On the same route where required — units for service, packaging, consignment stock.
- Exception reporting
- From operations the moment a window is at risk, so your team can inform the site.
One contract, one invoice, one point of contact.
A reference can be arranged through our operations team, subject to the customer’s consent.
Fleet
The right vehicle for the load, from our own yard
24 vehicles on our current fleet register

15in the fleet
Vans
Parcels, cartons and sensitive equipment. Multi-drop routes, tight loading bays, quick turnarounds.

7in the fleet
Box lorries with tailgate
Pallets and bulky cartons where there is no loading dock. The tailgate brings the load to ground level.

2in the fleet
24-ft lorries
Bulk and multi-pallet consolidations. One vehicle, one trip, fewer handovers.
Drawn to relative length
Every vehicle is owned by SRM Logistics and driven by someone on our payroll.
