Story
Our story
SRM Logistics is a family-run transport company that has been moving goods for Singapore businesses for over a decade. We started with a few vans and a simple idea: if we own the vehicle and employ the driver, we can promise a delivery and keep the promise.
That idea has not changed. The fleet has grown to include box lorries with tailgates and 24-ft lorries, and the work has grown from ad-hoc runs to daily scheduled distribution for manufacturers, distributors and a global medical device manufacturer. But every vehicle is still ours, every driver is still on our payroll, and the operations team still answers the phone.
We are a third-party logistics provider in the plain sense: we move your goods so you do not have to run a fleet. We do not subcontract. We do last-mile B2B delivery across Singapore, on schedule, and we do it under a single contract.

Punctuality.
A delivery window is a commitment. Our routes are designed so the window can be met every day, not most days, and operations tells you before a window is at risk.
Plain dealing.
One contract, one monthly invoice, rates fixed in writing. If something cannot be done, we say so at the quote stage rather than discovering it at the dock.

People
The people
Our drivers are employees, not contractors. They are trained on vehicle handling, load securing, dock procedures and the specific requirements of the routes they run. Because they stay with us, they know the sites, the receiving staff and the exceptions that only experience teaches.
Behind the drivers is an operations team you can reach by phone during working hours. They design routes, confirm bookings, watch every job in our transport management system and call you before a problem becomes your problem. When you contract with SRM Logistics, you get their direct numbers.

Where we operate
Island-wide, Singapore.Industrial estates, business parks, hospitals and clinics, retail malls, central offices and port-adjacent depots. Scheduled routes and ad-hoc response tiers apply across the whole island. We do not run cross-border transport.
