Privacy notice

Who we are

This notice is issued by SRM Logistics (“SRM Logistics”, “we”, “us”), a transport company operating in Singapore. It explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you send it to us through the quote form or by contacting us directly. Through the form, that is: your name, your role, your company name, your work email address, your phone number if you provide it, and any details you include about your routes, sites or requirements. If you email or call us, we collect whatever you choose to tell us in that message or conversation.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. That includes contacting you to clarify what you need, preparing a rate proposal, and — if you become a customer — setting up and running the service you contract. We do not use your details for marketing to you unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so that we can pick up a conversation that resumes. If you become a customer, contract and operational records are kept for as long as required by Singapore law and our accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details sooner — see “Your rights” below.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this notice will be updated and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent first.

Who else handles your data

Two service providers process data on our behalf so that this website can work:

• Google Workspace delivers the email that carries your form submission to our operations team and stores it in our company mailbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and handles the form submission on its way to us.

Both providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own data protection commitments. Your data may be stored on their servers outside Singapore; where that happens, we rely on their contractual protections to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

We do not share your details with any other third party unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and ask how we have used it.
• Correct any detail that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Withdraw consent to our continued use of your data, after which we will stop using it and delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
